Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
